GigaFit Meals

Automating a meal-plan business end to end — ads to delivery.

The problem

GigaFit Meals runs a subscription meal-plan business — the kind of operation where a dozen small manual jobs (routing deliveries, reminding customers, telling the kitchen what to cook) eat up a founder's whole day if nobody automates them. We took those jobs off their plate.

What we built

• —Delivery routes for the day are worked out automatically, instead of someone sitting down and planning them by hand.
• —Customers get reminded to renew their meal plan automatically, before it runs out — no one has to chase them.
• —A chat assistant lives right inside WhatsApp, so customers get answers and manage their plan without downloading a separate app.
• —Each customer's meal plan is generated automatically, and the kitchen team gets told every day, ahead of time, exactly what to prepare — nothing missed, nothing guessed.
• —Payments happen right on the website, with a "request a callback" option for anyone who wants to talk it through first instead of dropping off.
• —Ads now send people straight to the website instead of a generic landing page, tuned until every ₹1 spent on ads brought back ₹4 in customer value — a 4x return, or 400% profit recovered per ad rupee spent.

The result

The result is one connected system: someone sees an ad, buys a plan, the kitchen gets told what to cook and when, and a delivery route gets planned — all without a person manually stitching the steps together. The founders only need to check in, not run the machine by hand. That saved them time, money, and energy, and let the business grow without hiring just to keep up.
